Doily

I don't have any "new" projects of late. I am still busy on all my other ones. But I thought that I would post this doily that I made a couple of years ago. It was a birthday present for our Pastor's wife. Her favorite colour is purple.

I have made quite a few doilies in days past but they tend to be quite time consuming so I haven't worked on any recently. The last one I did was a 3-D one a year ago for our county fair. It took many hours and thousands of yards of #10 crochet thread! I have pictures of another doily, that I made for my pen-pal in Papua New Guinea, around here somewhere. I'll have to dig them out and post them one of these days.

Thank you for your kind comments, I always love it when someone leaves a note.
Concerning the above doily, I'll have to dig through my patterns and let you know which one it is.
