Yay! The post I have been waiting for!
To celebrate having blogged for one year (on April 26th) I am having my first giveaway! It took me awhile to decide what to give away, and in the end I had a little bit of help on that! I thought this was a fitting color as it is spring right now. And who doesn't love green? This is a shawlette that I recently knit up. It is made out of 100% worsted weight wool. To be eligible to win this shawl please leave no more than one comment, as well as contact info, at the end of this post.
I included a lot of photos so you have a good idea of what it looks like. Approximate measurements are 45 1/2 by 20 1/2 inches.
its beautiful holly :)

It's gorgeous and I am "green" with envy since I only crochet and do not knit and always fall in love with the beautiful know shawls I see online. Generous offer, gorgeous shawlette.

Gorgeous shawl! Thanks for the giveaway. I am LaVerna on Ravelry.
ReplyDeleteWhat can I say that hasn't already been said? I like the chevron/leaf-on-stem pattern, and it looks like it would make a nice scarf alternative in the fall and winter.
